A free community health and resource fair will be hosted by the Lord's Lunch Saturday December 1st, at St. John Lutheran Church, 175 E. Main St., New Freedom.

The event is from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. In addition a free lunch will be served to all. The event is open to individuals and families of all ages in the Southern York County and northern Baltimore County areas, and there are no income or age restrictions.

The fair will include vision exams, blood pressure screenings, lifestyle tips on blood pressure management and nutrition, and massages.

Donations will be accepted, but are not necessary; any proceeds will support future Lord's Lunch activities.

The Lord's lunch is an ecumenical outreach program at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Freedom that prepares and serves free hearty meals for residents of southern York County and northern Baltimore County on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month.
