It could take a little longer to get from York to Lancaster Wednesday.
Eastbound traffic will be restricted to a single lane on the Route 30 bridge over the Susquehanna some time before 3 p.m., the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said.
The restriction is necessary so crews can make repairs to the bridge deck, PennDOT said.
The work is part of a $3.45 million, two-year bridge rehab project being done for PennDOT by Swank Associated Co. Inc. of New Kensington. The work is expected to be completed in late November.
