On behalf of the York County Republican Committee, I would like to thank the hundreds of grassroots volunteers who took time out of their busy schedules to help us roll to huge election victories throughout York County.

Without the dedication, passion, and persistence of these individuals, we would not have witnessed Vic Stabile become our only central Pennsylvania judge on the Superior Court, Todd Platts secure a seat on the Court of Common Pleas, or the ushering in of a new coroner in Pam Gay along, with the many local election victories.

Our grassroots network is strong and growing by the day, victories such as this past Tuesday remind us that our volunteers are some of the finest in the commonwealth. Whether they are helping us give back to our community, going door to door or standing at a poll for hours on end, their selflessness has not gone unnoticed and is recognized.

Over the month of November, our volunteers and grassroots supporters will continue to show that selflessness by collecting canned goods to help with our November Food Drive supporting the Bell Socialization Services Family Shelters. Canned food donations are being accepted at York County Republican Headquarters, located at 2453 Kingston Court, Suite 101, York, Pa. 17402.

I once again want to congratulate everyone on a job well done during this 2013 election season. Now is the time to rest up as the 2014 election season will be here before you know it.
