I recently went grocery shopping at Weis Market on White Street.

As I exited the van and went onto the pavement I lost my footing and fell onto the sidewalk.

Thank God I didn't get hurt. But I wanted to thank the ladies who helped me get up and on my way.

I don't remember saying thank you as I left, so I wanted to do that now.
