The state Legislature is proposing a law that would mimic other states in requiring a woman to view an ultrasound of her fetus before having an abortion. The purpose, of course, is to present the woman an opportunity to make an informed decision as to whether she wishes to go through with it.

As a member of the obscure, but influential Vegetarian Party, I am proposing a law that would require all legislators considering a juicy steak or roast to witness the selection and preparation for killing of a farm animal, including little lambs, so they can make an informed decision before sitting down with knife and fork.

It occurs to me that mankind cannot rise above the insults heaped upon women, who pay and pay for the sexual gluttony of men.
