NEW YORK—The no-longer-anonymous author of a popular Wall Street Twitter account has found a new publisher two weeks after a Simon & Schuster imprint dropped his book amid allegations that he had misrepresented himself.

Grove Atlantic announced Wednesday it has reached a six-figure deal with John LeFevre for the Wall Street takedown "Straight to Hell."

LeFevre had attracted hundreds of thousands of followers through his irreverent and anonymous (at)GSElevator, which purported to offer an inside take on Goldman Sachs. But in recent weeks, his identity was revealed and he acknowledged that he never worked at Goldman Sachs.

LeFevre is a former Citigroup executive who lives in Texas.

Grove Atlantic said in a statement Wednesday that it was "comfortable" with LeFevre's background. The book is scheduled to come out in November.
