    York County state House newcomers uncontested in election

    Two York County women are poised to join a very short list come the general election in November. Barring successful write-in campaigns, Kate Klunk and Kristin Phillips-Hill, both Republicans who do not face challengers, will be elected to the state House of Representatives, becoming only the third and fourth women to be elected to the House from York County.
