In light of the recent case of a Florida teen killed by a neighborhood watch member, we asked if you think Pennsylvania should revisit its new Castle Doctrine law, which is similar to Florida's Stand Your Ground law.
Of 162 people who participated, 97 -- 59.87 percent -- said no; we all should have a right to defend ourselves without retreating. Thirty-three people -- 20.37 percent -- said yes; the recent case just illustrates the problems with such laws. And another 32 people -- or 19/75 percent -- were unsure.
