Two former York County standouts have been named to the Middle Atlantic Conference's Women's Basketball All-Century Teams.
Susquehannock High School graduate Andrea Hoover and South Western High School graduate Nikki Lobach were recognized.
Hoover, a 2011 Lebanon Valley College graduate, was named to the 2004-2012 era team, as was Lobach. The 100-year history of the MAC was divided into four segments for the purposes of its all-century teams: 1912-1988, 1989-1993, 1994-2003 and 2004-2012.
Hoover helped lead LVC to its first-ever Commonwealth Conference championship in her senior season in 2010-11. She was also named tournament MVP. Hoover was named an NCAA Division III All-American and the Commonwealth Player of the Year as both a junior and senior. She was all-conference selection three times. She ranks sixth in LVC history with 1,170 points and holds the school record in assists with 586.
Lobach, a 2008 Messiah grad, is fourth all-time on the Messiah scoring list with 1,378 points and is first in career scoring average at 16.6 points per game.
