York College junior David Boslough has been selected as the Capital Athletic Conference Golfer of the Week.

Boslough tied for first place twice and helped the Spartans to tournament championships on consecutive days.

Boslough carded a 1-under-par 70 to tie teammate Kevin Long for top honors at the Bent Creek Invitational Monday, followed by an even-par 71 Tuesday at the Ursinus Tournament to match teammate Anthony Wagner for top honors. Boslough won medalist honors at the Ursinus Tournament on a match-of-cards tiebreaker.

YORK WOMEN'S SOCCER TEAM FALLS: The Catholic University women's soccer team got a goal in the 82nd minute to swipe a non-conference win at York College on Wednesday in York, 1-0. The Cardinals improved to 5-4, while the Spartans fell to 4-3-1. Spartan rookie net minder Stevi Lukacz registered eight saves in her first collegiate start. She replaced injured All-American Melanie Glessner.
