Kennard-Dale High School graduate Hana Krechel has been named the Commonwealth Conference Women's Lacrosse Player of the Year.
The Lebanon Valley College junior was also named to the All-Commonwealth Conference First Team.
Krechel led the Commonwealth Conference in scoring with 72 goals and 43 assists, ranking second in the nation with 7.3 points per game. She also snagged 71 draw controls to lead LVC.
She tore through CC competition, scoring nine goals against both Widener and Alvernia, while collecting a 14-point game against Albright. She scored hat tricks in all but the regular-season finale against Elizabethtown, when she still had two goals and three assists. This season she had 12 hat tricks and eight games with five or more goals.
