York County residents will get to enjoy two more days with temperatures approaching 80 degrees before rain moves into the area, according to the National Weather Service.

And Tuesday night might even bring some snowflakes.

Sunday's forecast calls for sunny skies and a high of 79, with the overnight temperature dipping to a low of 57.

Monday's high is expected to hit 77 degrees, but it will be more breezy with winds of 13 to 22 mph and gusts as high as 31 mph.

The rain moves into the area Monday evening with an 80 percent chance of showers.

Tuesday will bring a high of 61 degrees and a 100 percent chance of rain, the weather service says.

And Tuesday night, the temperature will dip to 31 degrees, raising the possibility that the rain will be mixed with snow showers. Some thunder is also possible.

Then sunny skies and cooler weather -- with highs in the mid-50s -- return for the rest of the week.
