Entering the final night of the battle rounds on The Voice, only one save remained, and it was in the hands of Usher.

And Usher waited until the very last performance that was aired to use it.

He used it to save Cierra Mickens, from Eagle River, Alaska, who had debated whether to attend law school or pursue music before The Voice.

She and Emily B. squared off singing Sara Bareilles' "Brave." Shakira chose Emily B. as the winner, opening the door for Usher to steal Cierra.

Other battle round winners Tuesday on The Voice included Christine Grimmie, Kaleigh Glanton and Ryan Whyte Maloney, all of whom had turned four chairs during the blind audition. Kristen Merlin and Sam Behymer won the night's other match-ups.
