Fairy tale gardens

The Pa. Garden Show of York opens Friday, March 1, in Memorial Hall at the York Expo Center, 334 Carlisle Ave., West Manchester Township. Show hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission: $10 adults, $9 seniors (62+), and children under 12 are free. A multi-day pass is available for $15. Celebrate Mardi Gras

Half-bat, half-boy

Based on an actual Weekly World News story, this b-movie themed musical has gathered a cult following. Additional performances will be held March 22-23, and 27-30. Exploring oceans
