A Wrightsville-area man suffered a fatal heart attack just before the vehicle he was driving crashed into a Lower Windsor Township house Sunday, an official with the county coroner's office said.
Dennis Herbst, 54, died as a result of the heart attack, said York County Deputy Coroner Jeffri Goodfellow.
He was driving a vehicle when he suffered the medical emergency and crashed into the house in the 2500 block of Craley Road about 1:40 p.m., Goodfellow said.
"The accident happened due to his heart attack," the deputy coroner said.
Goodfellow said the death has been ruled a natural death.
The house sustained little damage in the crash.
Lower Windsor Township Police, along with Goodfellow, investigated the crash.
