The Voice certainly saved the best for last Monday night.

Tessanne Chin took the stage to sing "Many Rivers to Cross" by Jimmy Cliff and easily turned in the vocal of the night during the first night of live competition on the show.

Artists from Team Blake and Team Adam performed Monday night; singers from Team Cee Lo and Team Christina follow tonight.

Another Monday highlight came from Lancaster native James Wolpert, who advanced but stumbled in the knockout round.

He bounced back strong in the live show, performing Joni Mitchell's "A Case of You."
