ALLENTOWN -- A woman is facing criminal homicide charges in the death of a baby whose body was found in a restaurant toilet in northeastern Pennsylvania.
WFMZ-TV says Monday the woman is identified as 26-year-old Amanda Catherine Hein of Allentown.
Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli says Hein knew she was pregnant when she went into labor the night of Aug. 18.
A cleaning crew found the baby the next day in the tank of a toilet in the woman's restroom inside Starters Pub in Lower Saucon Township.
The sports-themed bar and restaurant was filled with patrons Sunday night watching a Philadelphia Eagles preseason game on television.
Hein is facing a criminal homicide charge. Authorities are still looking for the baby's father.
