How did a beautiful, seemingly healthy 24-year-old woman suddenly slip into a coma in Harrisburg?

Her family is also wrestling with another question: Why was there no police investigation until weeks after an unidentified woman dropped Stevie Ruiz-Tovar off at the Harrisburg Hospital emergency room and vanished the afternoon of July 12?

The anonymous woman, whom police called "a good Samaritan," found Ruiz-Tovar on a street in the city's Allison Hill neighborhood just before 4 p.m. that Friday.
