A Glen Rock man is accused of giving alcohol to two teen girls, one of whom was found passed out and partially covered in vomit on a sidewalk early Tuesday morning, police say.

Southern Regional Police Officer Richard Blais found the 13-year-old girl lying on a sidewalk about 12:50 a.m. while on patrol, according to police.

With her were the man who allegedly provided the alcohol, Richard Lorenzo Grant, 18, of the first block of Hanover Street, and a 14-year-old girl who also had been drinking, police said.

Grant is charged with two counts each of corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol to minors and a single count each of reckless endangerment, obstruction, resisting arrest, simple assault and consuming alcohol as a minor, according to his charging documents. He is free on $20,000 bail, police said.

Falling down: When Blais approached Grant and the girls, Grant stood the intoxicated girl up and moved her toward his home, disobeying the officer's orders to stop, the documents state.

The girl, who had vomit on the front of her body, was "visibly impaired ... (and) was falling and barely able to stand," Blais wrote in the affidavit.

Grant carried the girl inside the home, and when Blais attempted to enter, Grant told him that the girl was fine and that she "can just sleep it off," documents state.

Blais spoke to the girl, who told him she had been drinking at Grant's home and that she drank "a lot," documents state.

Grant, however, allegedly told Blais the girl was walking past his home when she started to throw up. He added he got her a trash can and was helping her walk home, documents state.

Grant initially told Blais he hadn't been drinking but later told the officer he had a wine cooler and the girls had been drinking before they got to his home, documents state.

Resisted: The second teen girl told police Grant provided them with alcohol and they had been drinking shots and mixed drinks, documents state.

When Blais and a second officer attempted to arrest Grant, he allegedly resisted arrest. Blais suffered cuts to his left elbow and wrist during the struggle, documents state.

The highly intoxicated teen girl was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Police did not say if the girls were to be charged.
