LOWER MERION, Pa.—Two real estate agents in a wealthy Philadelphia suburb are accused of tossing dead mice and snakes onto the lawn of their neighbor's house, which is up for sale.

Police in Lower Merion also allege Jonathan and Andrea Straub were caught on video cutting branches off trees and knocking over "For Sale" signs. They've been cited for disorderly conduct and harassment.

The Straubs' three-bedroom home is also for sale, on the market for $1 million.

The couple's attorneys say they're upstanding people who will fight the charges. William Davis Jr., who represents Andrea Straub, says the allegations are "preposterous." John List, who represents Jonathan Straub, says the surveillance tape shows someone who's unidentifiable.

Police say the woman who lives at the home had been hospitalized, but a house sitter told her someone had been knocking over the "For Sale" sign.
