Police are seeking a one-handed bandit suspected of robbing a Red Lion bank Tuesday afternoon.
An arrest warrant has been issued for James Austin Stuller, 36, of 46 N. Main St., according to Sgt. Jeff Dunbar.
Stuller fled his home before investigators got there, leaving in a 1998 blue Ford Windstar minivan with a Pennsylvania license-plate number of GTM-4198, Dunbar said.
Police believe he might have been headed to the Baltimore area, according to the sergeant.
He allegedly robbed the Wells Fargo bank at 1 N. Main St. about 5 p.m. Tuesday.
One of Stuller's identifying characteristics is that he is missing his right hand, police said.
Anyone with information about Stuller's whereabouts is asked to call police at (717) 741-1259, or call 911.
