A man who earlier this year strolled into the lobby of the Springettsbury Township post office, dropped his drawers and defecated has struck again, police said.
He returned to the Concord Road post office shortly after 5 p.m. Monday, but this time didn't bother to go inside, according to township police Sgt. Brian Wilbur.
Instead, he squatted on the private sidewalk alongside the building, undid his jeans let loose, police said.
Postal employees called 911, but the man again got away before officers arrived. They recognized him as being the same man who left a special delivery in the lobby about six weeks ago, police said.
Wilbur said police have no idea what's motivating the postal pooper.
"There's nothing to indicate he's disgruntled," the sergeant said -- the man didn't yell, complain or make any comments to workers.
He is described as older, heavyset and white, in his early 60s, with balding hair.
Anyone with information on his identity is asked to call Wilbur at 757-3525.
