There's a chance York could hear some thunder Wednesday afternoon.
Wednesday will be partly sunny, with a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. The high will be 83 and the low 60, and winds will be from the west at 7-11 mph.
Thursday will also be partly sunny with a chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms, the forecast said. The high will be 74 and the low 53, and winds will be from the east at 5-7 mph.
Rain will settle in Thursday night and Friday, with more than half an inch possible, the NWS said. Friday's high will be 68 and the low 46, and winds will be from the south at 10 mph.
Saturday and Sunday will be sunny and cooler, with highs in the low 60s and lows in the mid-40s, the forecast said, and Monday will be sunny, with a high of 71 and low of 54.
