The West York boys' lacrosse team nipped Kennard-Dale 10-9 on Thursday afternoon in a showdown of York-Adams Division II unbeatens in Fawn Grove.

The Bulldogs improved to 4-0 both overall and in the division. The Rams fell to 4-2 overall and 4-1 in the division.

West York outscored K-D 5-1 in the fourth quarter to erase an 8-5 Rams' lead.

Seth Clauser (five goals, assist), Devyn Roehm (three goals) and Hunter Betz (goal, three assists) paced the West York offense.

Jesse Schonbrunner and Nate Mikolinis had three goals each for K-D.

Jordan Lombardo has six saves for West York, while Cole Rinehart added four saves.

OTHER BOYS' LACROSSE

EASTERN YORK 11, YORK CATHOLIC 8: At Wrightsville, Christian Buser (five goals), Conrad Rhein (three goals, assist) and Justin Keller (two goals, assist) powered the Golden Knights. Alex Smith made 15 saves to get the win in goal. Luke Brennen had two goals and an assist for the Fighting Irish, while Corbin Kurtz had 14 saves.

SUSQUEHANNOCK 7, YORK SUBURBAN 4: At Glen Rock, the Warriors held the Trojans to just one goal for the second half to secure the York-Adams Division II victory. Aiden Kirkendall led the Warriors with four goals and one assist. Colin Riley had two goals and one assist, while Zach Gloeckner had one goal and one assist. For the Trojans, Raine Sindicich scored two goals, while Collin Mailman picked up two assists.

SPRING GROVE 12, SOUTH WESTERN 2: At Spring Grove, Ty Sager led the Rockets by scoring three goals and adding one assist. Teammate Trey Baker scored two goals and added one assist. For the Mustangs, Quin Albright scored both goals.

OTHER GIRLS' LACROSSE

DALLASTOWN 12, RED LION 11 (OT): At Dallastown, Gabby Russo scored the game-winning goal with just 23 seconds left in the overtime period to give the Wildcats the York-Adams Division I victory. Emily Westenberger scored four goals for the Wildcats, while Alyson Meloni scored two goals. For the Lions, Sierra Donovan scored five goals, while Maddy Sheridan and Raquel Rich each scored two goals.

SOUTH WESTERN 15, SPRING GROVE 4: At Hanover, Jessica Kopenhaver led the Mustangs with five goals. Teammate Callie Kavanaugh scored four goals. For the Rockets, Emily Bankert scored two goals. With the victory, South Western improved to 4-0 in the division and 4-0 overall, while Spring Grove fell to 3-2 in the division and 3-2 overall.

YORK CATHOLIC 19, EASTERN 0: At York Catholic, Lindsay Givens led the Irish with two goals and two assists. Alexis China and Meaghan Bilyeu each scored two goals. Maura Palandro had one goal and one assist, while Shannon Moore and Megan Bittner each picked up two assists.

SUSQUEHANNOCK 16, YORK SUBURBAN 6: At Suburban, Brooke Clasing led the Warriors by scoring five goals. Also for the Warriors, Carley Vanluit scored four goals, Katelyn Welch scored three goals and Ashley Valway scored two goals. For the Trojans, Alex Anderson had four goals. Susquehannock improved to 4-1.

CENTRAL 11, NEW OXFORD 5: At New Oxford, Mackenzie Windsor led the Panthers with a four goals. Also for Central, Alexis Balanda scored three goals and Hannah Gilhool scored two goals. For the Colonials, Lydia James scored three goals.
