Northeastern's Nick Yinger and Jesse Sargen combined for seven hits, six runs and six RBIs to power the Bobcats to an 18-8 baseball triumph at Eastern York on Tuesday afternoon.

Yinger went 3-for-3 with a double, home run and four RBIs, and Sargen finished 4-for-4, including a double, with two RBIs. Steve Shimkus added three hits for the Bobcats, who collected 13 hits and scored in every at bat.

Eastern's hitters contributed to the slugfest by bashing 11 hits. Dalton Renn led the Golden Knights with three hits and two RBIs, while Quentin Enders and Terry Godfrey had two hits each.

SUSQUEHANNOCK 15, HANOVER 0: At Glen Rock, the Warriors plated at least three runs in each of the first four innings to roll to the four-inning, mercy-rule victory. Mike Spadafore (three hits, four runs scored), Josh Houser (two hits, four RBIs, one run scored), Chandler Larkin (three hits, two RBIs), Sammy Miller (two hits, three runs scored), Bryan Kerr (two hits, three RBIs, two runs scored), Luke Knott (hit, three RBIs, two runs scored) and Kyle Miller (hit, two RBIs, one run scored) powered Susquehannock. Sammy Miller got the win, pitching three innings of two-hit, shutout ball.

DELONE CATHOLIC 3, YORK SUBURBAN 2: At Suburban, the Squires squeezed out the victory behind two hits apiece from Brett Smith and Devin Altland. Austin Buckley doubled for the winners. Lewis Myers and Spencer Strickler each had two Suburban hits, while Gabe Ryan doubled. All of the game's scoring happened in the first three innings.

MOUNT CALVARY 7, YORK TECH 3: At Spry, Tech led 2-1 heading into the sixth, but Mount Calvary erupted for six runs to grab the win. The Spartans were hurt by five errors and eight walks. Sam Brown pitched five innings for Tech and didn't allow an earned run, striking out seven. Derek Smith had two hits and an RBI for the Spartans.

YORK CATHOLIC 11, DOVER 4: At Dover, Pat Clement led the Irish, going 2-for-4, including a double, to go with four RBIs. Jake Karvetski went 2-for-4 with a double and two runs scored for the winners, while Clint Bohn bashed a two-run homer and finished with four RBIs. Nathan Haney, Mike Connor and Evan Urey each added two Irish hits. For the Eagles, John Hodgson went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and one stolen base.
