CARLISLE, Pa.—Icy rain, sleet and some snow are causing delays in parts of Pennsylvania.

A mixture of rain and sleet is falling in parts of the state Tuesday morning, delaying school openings in some areas. Icy roads are being reported in parts of eastern and central Pennsylvania, but the weather is expected to clear up in much of the state later in the day.

On Monday, a wintry mix spread across the state, causing scattered delays and traffic accidents.
