A man from Harrisburg, a woman from Shiremanstown and a Cumberland County woman were all charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute at a Monaghan Township home.

Dontarius Yeaton Waddell of Harrisburg and Haley Jill Freberg of Shiremanstown, both 19, are accused of forcing their way into a home in the first block of North York Road, according to Carroll Township Police.

According to online charging documents, the incident happened on March 7.

Waddell is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. He is free on $10,000 bail, documents state.

Freberg faces the same charges and is also charged with simple assault and resisting arrest. She was also cited with harassment and possession or transportation of alcoholic beverages. She is free on $5,000 bail, documents state.

Both were taken to Central Booking for arraignment after the incident, police said.

Brieann Anastasia Morrison, 19, of Harrisburg is charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Police did not say what role she played in the incident.

She was released at the scene because she had her 9-month-old child with her, police said.
