Austin Mahone, with special guest Coco Jones, will perform at the York Fair in September, fair officials announced today.

The show is set to start at 7 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 14, at the Toyota Grandstand at the fair. Tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. Saturday.

Mahone, a pop singer, has garnered more than 1.8 million Facebook fans and 1.5 million Twitter followers and sold 100,000 downloads of his song "11:11." He's about to release a debut album.

Coco Jones, a pop singer and actress, has released a debut EP named "Made Of," featuring the single "Holla at the DJ."

"We're trying to go for the younger generation here," said Mike Froehlich, general manager at the York Expo Center. "(Austin will) draw the teenage crowd. He was born in 1996. Coco is a year younger and has been on Disney radio and did Disney movies."

Tickets are $32 for track, plaza and center grandstand and $29 for side track, side plaza and side grandstand. They are available at the York Fair Box office on Carlisle Avenue, by phone at 717-848-2033 or online at www.yorkfair.com. There is a processing fee for phone, mail and Internet orders.

Other artists confirmed for concerts during this year's fair are country music singer/songwriter Alan Jackson and 2013 Grammy Award winner rock group Halestorm.

"As we do each year, we're trying to get different types of music, have something for everybody," Froehlich said.

All Grandstand Show tickets purchased prior to Aug. 26 will include a gate admission ticket. For more information visit www.yorkfair.com.
