Northeastern Regional Police seized guns, drugs and a vehicle after three people were seen firing a gun along Gut Road in East Manchester Township on Feb. 16.

Police said on Thursday that officers were dispatched to the area to assist a Pennsylvania Game Commission officer who had the three suspects in custody.

Michael Jarod Gibson, 21, of the York City area is charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a small amount of marijuana and two counts of possession of a controlled substance, according to online court documents.

Devell Laquez Dickson, 20, of the York City area is charged with carrying a firearm without a license and possession of a controlled substance, documents state.

Bail was set at $50,000 for each man. Gibson and Dickson remain in York County Prison in lieu of bail, documents state.

Police did not name the third person involved in the incident and did not say if that person has been charged.

Officers seized three guns, the vehicle the three people were in and small amounts of cocaine and marijuana, police said.
