A Brooklyn, N.Y. man was indicted in federal court in Harrisburg on Wednesday in connection with 10 fast food restaurant robberies, one of which happened in Dillsburg.
Maurice Lebron Davis, 39, is charged with 10 counts of Interference with Commerce by Robbery, according to the United States Attorney's Office.
Prosecutors allege that Davis and others broke into and robbed or attempted to rob 10 fast food restaurants in Cumberland, Dauphin and York counties, including the Wendy's at 2 Old Mill Road in Dillsburg, between December 2011 and February 2012.
Upper Allen Township Police arrested him on Feb. 24, 2012.
