Five Below is moving into West Manchester Township.

The Philadelphia-based retail chain will occupy the space vacated by Famous Footwear in Delco Plaza, 1245 Carlisle Road.

It will be the store's third location in York County and is expected to open at the end of April, according to Elsy Escalon, real estate coordinator for Five Below.

The new store will be next to T.J. Maxx in the plaza, which also includes Lowes, Giant, Ross Dress for Less, Office Max, Dress Barn, Panera Bread and more.

Five Below, which sells items priced at $5 or less, also has locations in York Town Center in Springettsbury Township and Gateway Hanover in Hanover.

At all locations, customers can find a range of products in several categories: candy, crafts, media, party, seasonal, sports and style.

Merchandise - which is targeted at tweens, teens and families - includes earbuds, iPhone cases, decorative pillows, party supplies, cosmetics, toys, sporting goods and seasonal items, such as St. Patrick's Day decorations and Easter baskets.

The chain has more than 200 locations.

An "aggressive" growth plan will add more than 100 stores during the next two years, according to the company website.
