After another sunny but cold day on Monday, York will see the dreaded wintry mix Monday night and into Tuesday.
Monday will be sunny, with a high of 38 and low of 29, according to the National Weather Service. Winds will be from the west at 7-11 mph.
Tuesday morning will bring snow, mixing with freezing rain before 11 a.m., then rain and snow mixed until 2 p.m., then rain showers after 2, the forecast said. Little accumulation is expected. Tuesday's high will be 49 and the low 23, and winds will be from the south and then west, with gusts up to 30 mph.
Wednesday and Thursday will be mostly sunny and breezy, with west winds at 13-20 mph, the NWS said. The highs will be 39 and the lows 19.
Friday and Saturday have a chance of rain and snow, with highs around 40 and lows around 27, the forecast said.
