A Delta man was likely highly relieved to find out a gun fired by another man during a fight the two were involved in turned out to be a starter's pistol.
Harold Ray Most, 48, of Peach Bottom Township and Eric Tereo, 27, were fighting at a home in the 200 block of Pond Road in the township about 8:15 p.m. on Feb. 10, according to state police.
At some point during the fight, Most fired a pistol, which Tereo thought was a real gun, police said.
However, the gun was actually a starter's pistol, police said.
Both Tereo and Most were injured in the fight
Most is charged with terroristic threats and simple assault, according to online court documents. He is free on $10,000 bail.
Police did not say if Tereo was charged and court documents for Tereo relating to the incident could not be found online.
