Police arrested an impatient driver who allegedly had a tantrum because traffic was snarled.
Daniel Royer, 25, of the 200 block of South Russell Street in Springettsbury Township, was cited with the summary offense of disorderly conduct, Springettsbury Township Police said.
About 3:30 p.m. Sunday, police and ambulance crews were at the intersection of Haines Road and Mount Rose Avenue for a driver who was in medical distress, according to police.
Officers were directing traffic around the area when Royer became irate and started screaming and yelling, police allege.
He was taken to the county's central booking unit, cited and released.
