Police have charged a Railroad woman who allegedly misled them about her husband, who was under investigation for robbery.
Amber Marie Holthaus, 25, of 20 Snyder Road, Lot 3, is free on $15,000 unsecured bail, charged with two counts of hindering the apprehension or prosecution of a suspect.
Her husband, 29-year-old Dwayne Holthaus of the same address, remains free on $100,000 bail, charged in the Nov. 10 knifepoint robbery of Planet RYO at 12 Constitution Ave.
Southern Regional Police said Amber Holthaus lied to officers about her husband's physical description and whether he was hiding in their trailer.
During the robbery, Dwayne Holthaus stole cash and synthetic marijuana, which was being marketed as "potpourri," police allege.
