Two New Freedom teens are facing charges for using a stolen propane torch to burn lewd graffiti onto the walls of a Shrewsbury car wash on Friday, police said.

Southern Regional Police said the youths, ages 15 and 16, will be charged as juveniles with arson, risking a catastrophe, conspiracy, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

A third teen will be charged with stealing the propane torch, police said.

According to police, the two teens damaged a wash-bay wall at the Shrewsbury Wash-n-Store on Constitution Avenue about 5:30 p.m. Friday. Damage is estimated at $200.
