A 13-year-old boy is charged with criminal mischief and possession of an offensive prohibited weapon after an attack in Seven Valleys in January.
The teen and an 11-year-old boy were riding bicycles on Church Street when the older boy forced the younger one off his bike, according to state police.
The older boy then allegedly used a knife with brass knuckles to cut the tire off the rear rim on the bike, police said.
Police did not release the names of either child, nor did they say if the younger boy was injured.
Charges against the 13-year-old were filed in York County juvenile court, police said.
