Investigators have confirmed that the fire at the Rodeway Inn in York was a case of arson, and a 35-year-old man has been charged in the incident.

Lt. Tim Utley identified that suspect as 35-year-old Wayne Taylor of no fixed address. Utley said Taylor admitted to lighting a bed on fire with a cigarette lighter. He was arraigned Saturday night on one count of arson and 22 counts of reckless endangerment.
