A York City woman escaped life-threatening injury when she was shot in a convenience-store parking lot early Friday morning, police said.
Police said Tamika Goodwin, 30, of South Belvidere Avenue, was not the intended target of the 2:05 a.m. shooting.
She was sitting in the driver's seat of her car in the parking lot of the Sunoco A-Plus, at 260 N. Sherman St., when a man fired a shot and struck her in the arm, police said.
The man and a woman who was with him both were recorded on the store's surveillance system.
A cash reward is being offered to the tipster who helps police arrest the shooter.
