Two York County men were arrested after they robbed three people at gunpoint in Harrisburg early Sunday morning, Harrisburg police said.
Ayon Coleman, 21, and Daryl Parker, 20, are each charged with robbery, indecent assault, receiving stolen property and a number of other charges, according to Harrisburg Police.
Three people told police that they were robbed by two armed men, later identified as Coleman and Parker, who were wearing black clothing and ski masks just before 4 a.m., police said.
A male victim attempted to fight off the robbers but was struck on the head with a handgun. A female victim told police that as Coleman was searching her pants, he fondled her, police allege.
After getting items from the three people, the robbers walked away and the three people called police. As the three people were talking with police, they saw Coleman and Parker about a block away and officers gave chase.
Coleman was found hiding in a backyard and was arrested. Parker was arrested inside a home he allegedly broke into in an attempt to get away from officers.
He crawled through a bathroom window and woke the homeowner, who went outside and alerted police, police said.
The failed efforts to avoid arrest garnered Parker additional charges of criminal trespass and burglary, police said.
