An overturned vehicle on Interstate 83 near the Market Street exit is slowing traffic.

The crash happened about 12:30 p.m. Monday in the southbound lanes, between the Sherman Street overpass and the Market Street exit, emergency officials reported at the scene.

As of about 1 p.m., one southbound lane was closed but traffic was still moving in the other southbound lane, according to state police.

Drivers should expect delays.
