Spring Grove residents won't have to worry about a tax increase from the borough in 2013, but there is a slight increase in sewage and refuse fees.
Borough manager Andrew Shaffer said the mill rate will remain at 3.34 mills, although "it's getting tough and tougher every year" to get by without tax increases.
The sewage rate will remain the same as well for most residential customers, but for those using more than 6,000 gallons a quarter, the fee is going up by $1 per 1,000 gallons above that limit.
The borough is using some of the additional revenue toward small upgrades at the wastewater treatment plant.
And the residential refuse fees are increasing for everyone by $2 per quarter, Shaffer added.
