A Taneytown, Md., man died early Tuesday morning after being stabbed multiple times during a fight in Biglerville, Adams County.
Greggory A. Jackson, 30, was flown to York Hospital by medical helicopter after the stabbing; he was pronounced dead there at 2:01 a.m., according to the York County Coroner's Office.
State police in Gettysburg said Jackson went to a home on Fourth Street in Biglerville about 12:45 a.m. Tuesday and argued with the residents inside.
A fight ensued, during which Jackson was stabbed several times, according to police, who said the suspected attacker is a 35-year-old man.
An autopsy is set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Allentown's Lehigh Valley Hospital.
