A public meeting that was to be held Wednesday regarding the Brogue Post Office has been rescheduled.
The Postal Service has been hosting meetings with plans to preserve some of York County's smallest post offices.
The meeting on the Brogue office will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, at the Chanceford Township Community Building at 51 Muddy Creek Forks Road.
The Brogue office is one of 12 post offices in the county that might have their hours cut because of a $16.5 billion deficit in the U.S. Postal Service budget.
The other offices are Codorus, Craley, East Prospect, Fawn Grove, Franklintown, Glenville, Loganville, New Park, Railroad, Rossville and Wellsville.
