With nearly all precincts reporting, Eugene DePasquale has scored an easy victory for re-election in the 95th state House District.
DePasquale, a Democrat also running for auditor general, had 15,879 votes with results in from all but two precincts.
His opponent, Libertarian Dave Moser, had 3,251 votes.
DePasquale apparently also won the auditor's general race and said he will resign from his House seat if that happens.
That means a special election would be held to name his replacement.
