Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a man who assaulted a second man during a road-rage incident that ended in a crash Thursday afternoon in Glen Rock.
Southern Regional Police said it happened about 4:15 p.m. at the intersection of Baltimore and Main streets. Both men fled the scene, but one of them crashed into a third vehicle in the intersection, police said.
The 28-year-old driver who caused the crash was later captured. He will be charged with driving under the influence, police said, but charges haven't yet been filed.
The 28-year-old suffered facial injuries when he was assaulted during the encounter by the man being sought, according to police.
Investigators are still trying to identify the man who assaulted the 28-year-old. He was driving a red Ford F-150 pickup truck with a Pennsylvania license-plate number beginning with ZBS-41, police said, and there was a woman in the passenger seat.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 235-3944.
