State police are investigating two burglaries that happened in southern York County within the past few weeks.

Two handguns were stolen from a Fawn Township home in the 300 block of Nace Road between 5 p.m. Sept. 25 and just before 9 p.m. Oct. 19, according to police.

A collection of state quarters worth roughly $1,500 was stolen from a home in the 12100 block of Railview Court in Shrewsbury Township sometime between Jan. 1 and Oct. 6, police said.

Police did not say if the two burglaries are related.
