Fog and clouds are in the forecast for York on Friday, and rain is on the way in the next few days.

York will see fog Friday morning, and it should clear by 11 a.m., according to the National Weather Service. The day will be cloudy, with a high of 68 and low of 55, and winds will be light and from the east.

Saturday will be cloudy, with drizzle possible in the afternoon, the forecast said. The high will be 66 and the low 50.

Rain will move into the area Saturday night and Sunday, with less than an inch of rain expected by Sunday night, the NWS said. Sunday's high will be 57 and the low 45, and winds will be from the north at 7-10 mph.

Heavy rain and high winds are likely Monday and Tuesday as the area sees the effects of Hurricane Sandy, the forecast said. Highs will be in the upper 40s and lows in the mid-30s.
