A York-Adams League golfer is a Pennsylvania state champion.

Fairfield junior Isaiah Logue won the PIAA Class AA boys' crown on Tuesday at Heritage Hills Golf Resort in York.

The Adams County left-hander fired an even-par 71 on Tuesday in the second-and-final round of the tournament. That followed a 3-over 74 in Monday's opening round. That gave Logue a two-day total of 3-over 145, which was two shots better than Leechburg's Matt Barto and Northwestern Lehigh's Cole Miller, who tied for second place.

Logue started Tuesday's action two shots behind Miller and Yough's Alex Patricio, who were tied for the lead after opening-round 72s. Patricio fired a 76 on Tuesday to grab sole possession of fourth place at 148. Miller fired a 75 on Tuesday.

Logue fired a 1-under 34 on Tuesday's back nine to seal his victory. His final-round 71 was the low round of the AA tournament.

In Class AAA boys' action, Dallastown junior Brandon Greenplate finished in a tie for 16th place with a two-day total of 154. He followed an opening-round 73 with an 81 on Tuesday.

Manheim Township's Craig Hornberger won the AAA boys' title with a two-round total of 1-over 143, including a 1-under 70 on Tuesday. Tommy Nettles of Peters Township and Brett Rinker of Slippery Rock tied for second at 144. Council Rock North's Zach Herr took fourth at 145 after firing the best round of the tournament on Tuesday at 68.

Council Rock North's Erica Herr captured the AAA girls' crown with 4-under 140 total, including a 68 on Tuesday. She finished seven shots ahead of second-place Jackie Rogowicz of Pennsbury. Canon McMillan's Lauren Waller was third at 148.

Villa Maria's Cara Basso took the AA girls' championship with a 150 total -- a whopping 10 shots ahead of second-place Franca Hurtado of Allentown Central Catholic. Central Valley's Macky Fouse was third at 161.
