York County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of a man who robbed the Subway restaurant in Shrewsbury at gunpoint last week.
Southern Regional Police said the robber brandished a gun when he held up the 18 Constitution Ave. Subway at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. He made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said; no one was hurt.
Officers initially thought he'd fled in a silver Jeep, but later determined the Jeep wasn't involved, police said.
The robber is a skinny white man, about 6 feet tall, wearing a tan or beige sweater and a white mask.
Anyone with information about the robber's identity can call police at 235-3944, or call Crime Stoppers at 755-TIPS. All calls to Crime Stoppers are confidential and callers don't have to give their names to collect cash rewards.
